Pixel IQ LLC (dba Flowtuts) provides non-exclusive full licenses to use the products sold through our website by Flowtuts (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.
Flowtuts products are copyrighted and are not licensed under the GNU general public license. Once a template has been purchased, it can be used to create an unlimited number of websites. You are not allowed to redistribute Flowtuts products in any way. This includes, but is not limited to:
The Photoshop or Adobe XD design files for Flowtuts products may come packaged separately are not GPL licensed, if available. They are licensed and copyrighted under Flowtuts. You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
It is our duty to always keep the templates up-to-date and working with the latest version of Webflow. But, when Webflow releases new versions of their app, we give no guarantee that product will run without problems. If feature updates are made to templates, post-purchase, you will need to purchase a new version of the product in order to take advantage of the added functionality.
Webflow does not allow us to control the resulting web code that is output. Therefore, Flowtuts does not support any web browser compliance. Webflow assumes all responsibility over web code output and therefore browser compliance.
After we have successfully received your payment, your product will be made available to you within 1 day of purchase. If you experience issues with the delivery, contact us.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Flowtuts. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
All content, including imagery, published on Flowtuts, including site content published onsite is property of Flowtuts and is under copyright. Content or template designs shall not be used or exploited for any reason.
Flowtuts is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods so we do not issue refunds. You are responsible for understanding this upon registration and before any purchase is made.
Flowtuts offers these products “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components or plugins. Flowtuts will provide 30 days of email support for the product purchased only. As a Flowtuts member, you have ongoing access to Flowtuts product support as long as you are an active member.
Flowtuts does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function across all web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration products. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products, as we cannot guarantee they will work with all browser combinations.
Flowtuts reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently remove a products with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change at any time without notice.
Flowtuts Membership is an auto-renewing membership. The payment method you provide when purchasing the membership will be automatically charged/authorized on the renewal date. You will receive a renewal invoice no less than 2 weeks prior to your auto-renewal date. Should you choose not to renew your membership, you must cancel your membership prior to your renewal date via the My Account area of musegrid.com. We do not offer refunds for renewing memberships if you do not cancel prior to your renewal date.
You understand that attempting to cancel your account by replying to automatic, system emails (such as invoices, etc) is not a valid method of cancellation and must be done via the cancellation process found in My Account.
You are not permitted to link directly to any image or product offered by Flowtuts. You agree not to download or use images hosted on MuseGrid, for any purpose, including, without limitation, posting such images on another website.
You agree not to link from any other website to our templates in any manner such that our templates, are “framed,” surrounded or obfuscated by any third party content, materials, or branding.
Our products may contain stock photography that is licensed under a 3rd party stock photography provider. Under our license agreement with 3rd party stock photography providers, we have the right to distribute said photography in our templates in a "concept" form. This means, if you choose to use the concept images included in the template on your final website deliverable, you must obtain a site or customer license to each individual image. We do not have the right to transfer the stock photography license in the sale of a template. This is illegal. Likewise, using the concept photography in the final, live website is also illegal.
Our products may also use 3rd party font providers that require a license agreement or special account to use. It is your responsibility to obtain these licenses on behalf of your client or instruct your client obtain the licenses. We are in no way transferring any font licenses to your or your customer, as it is illegal.
Flowtuts, at its sole discretion, may choose to revise or change these Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part) from time to time and at anytime without notice to you. Changes in the Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted on site by museGrid. Your continued use of the products and/or the services made available on or through products after any changes to the terms and conditions are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
